Thank you for joining the Kingdom Coffee & Brew subscription family.

Our subscription program is designed to make enjoying your favorite coffee and tea simple, flexible, and faithfully delivered.

By enrolling in a Kingdom Coffee & Brew subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Options

Eligible products may be purchased through one-time purchase or subscription options.

Subscription offerings may include varying delivery schedules and subscription savings depending on the selected frequency.

Available subscription frequencies may include:

• Every 2 weeks
• Every 4 weeks
• Every 6 weeks
• Every 8 weeks

Availability may vary by product or promotion.

Subscription Pricing & Discounts

Subscription discounts and pricing may vary based on the selected subscription frequency, product, or promotional offering.

Applicable pricing, savings, and subscription terms will be displayed during checkout and within your subscription selection.

Kingdom Coffee & Brew reserves the right to update subscription pricing, savings, product availability, or program offerings at any time.

Billing & Automatic Renewals

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Kingdom Coffee & Brew to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription schedule.

Subscription billing occurs automatically based on your selected delivery frequency.

Your subscription will continue until modified, paused, skipped, or canceled by you.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account.

Eligible management options may include:

• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause a subscription
• Update subscription preferences
• Update billing or payment information
• Cancel future subscription renewals

Changes should be completed prior to your upcoming billing or renewal date.

Changes requested after billing or order processing may not apply to the current order cycle.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders ship according to the customer’s selected subscription frequency and schedule.

We prioritize freshness in every order.

Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped promptly. Most orders are generally delivered within 3–4 business days after shipment.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, the system may automatically retry payment before future shipments are paused, delayed, or canceled.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

Failure to update payment information may result in subscription interruption or cancellation.

Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible subscriptions through their customer account.

To avoid charges for the next renewal cycle, cancellations should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been billed, processed, roasted, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, the current order may not be canceled.

Future subscription renewals may still be canceled according to account settings and timing requirements.

Subscription Refunds

Because Kingdom Coffee & Brew sells consumable coffee and tea products, subscription orders generally follow our standard Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Subscription preference changes after billing
• Flavor preference
• Roast preference
• Grind preference selected by the customer
• Orders already processed, fulfilled, or shipped

If there is a problem with your subscription order, damaged shipment, incorrect item, or quality concern, please contact us. We will gladly review concerns individually.

Program Changes

Kingdom Coffee & Brew reserves the right to modify, pause, update, or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, frequencies, products, or program terms at any time.

Customers will continue to have access to manage active subscriptions through available account tools.
